Usher's latest CD was scheduled for release yesterday on Super Bowl Sunday, but it has now been pushed back to March 30!
Jive Records is refusing to release the new album until the singer signs with new management. His former manager AND mother Jonetta Patton are effing done professionally since late November 2009. Says a source:

Guess who was spotted w/ her guitar on the boardwalk in Miami on Monday? Hint: Her boyfriend (who is also a singer) was spotted with her.
It’s singer Jordin Sparks. She was randomly spotted on the dock singing a few songs accompanied by her bodyguard and boyfriend singer Steph Jones. The Frye boots are pretty dope too.

SPOTTED: BEYONCE ON HER BA...
Beyonce was spotted waving from her hotel balcony in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on Monday morning still wearing her pajamas. The singer performed to a sold out crowd over the weekend in Brazil and was enjoying some downtime. Word is she will be taping a new video with Alicia Keys in the upcoming days.
